Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, especially for evening appointments as they tend to fill up quickly.
Appointments & Deposits can only be carried over once, unless the reason for the change is due to the therapist.

Are available for female clients only who are unable to climb a flight of stairs

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your treatment, this is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
The remaining balance can be paid by card, cash, or bank transfer on the day.
Deposits can be transferred once if you need to rearrange, but only within 48 hours of the initial appointment time.

Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations within 48 hours.
The full cost of the treatment will apply for no-shows or for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
If for any reason you haven’t paid a deposit (e.g. due to a different arrangement) and need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will still be responsible for 50% of the treatment cost. A payment link will be sent to settle this. Going forward, deposits must be paid in advance to secure any future bookings.

Block Bookings, Memberships, and Gift Vouchers:
- Block bookings are considered to be 5 or more appointments, paid for in advance
- Block bookings are entitled to 15% off
- Appointments must be used within 6 months of purchase

Cancellation within 24 hours or failure to attend results in the loss of the booked treatment or the cost of the treatment.

Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage
- Pregnancy massage is only available from 25 weeks
- Post natal massage is only available 8 weeks post op for c-section deliveries
- Aromatherapy massage is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients
- Reflexology is only available from 38 weeks

Treatments purchased with monthly subscriptions must be taken within 30 days; sharing with family or friends is not allowed.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment three times within 24 hours of the appointment time, full payment is required when booking your next treatment.

Underwear must be worn at all times during your treatment. This is non-negotiable.
Anybody not abiding this will be asked to leave.

Behaviour and Late Arrival:
- I reserve the right to refuse treatment for inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour, or if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol upon arrival. The full treatment cost will be charged.
- Any form of indecent exposure, regardless of age or gender will be logged and recorded with West Yorkshire Police.
- Treatment may be refused & the full cost of treatment will be charged, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.

Energetic Alignment
- £150.00 deposit to be paid at time of booking.
- Contract to be signed and returned at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start date.
- 50% of remaining balance to be paid before the start of the sessions & remainder to be paid at least a week before the final session
