A safe, calm, nurturing & non-judgemental space for everyone
After spending years battling with anxiety and depression myself, as well as watching and trying to help those I care about most with theirs - including my children, I wanted to create a small, safe & welcoming environment for everyone, so I could teach people the things I've learnt over the years
All my workshops include guided meditations (which are suitable for complete beginners & experienced meditators) & are designed with the intention of calming the mind and easing the symptoms and side effects often associated with stress & anxiety.
Regardless of age, gender, religion, race or experience, my aim is to create a safe space for everyone
I've just started putting together Zen Den Online for when you can't make the in person sessions; You can purchase the sessions & meditations and do these at home and in your own time - At the moment the workshops are simply just voice recordings & PDF downloads for you to listen to and work through at your own pace, however this year will welcome actual Online Sessions to help build up our online space & community no matter where you are in the world!
